IV.A. Rivera ECHS Tennis Courts - Facility Improvements. (Board Member Request - Frank Ortiz)

IV.A.1. Practice Backboard:  The courts do not currently have a backboard, limiting students’ ability to practice and develop their strokes independently, as is available at other tennis facilities throughout the district.

IV.A.2. Court Conditions:  Six of the eight courts are currently playable. Two courts are not usable due to holes and deteriorated court surfaces.

IV.A.3. Lighting: The tennis courts do not have lighting, limiting their availability for practices and activities during evening.

IV.A.4. Restroom Facilities: There are no restroom facilities located in the immediate vicinity of the tennis courts.

IV.B. Request relocation of mini split a/c units presently located at closed campuses to mini gyms of elementary campuses on the wait list.  (Board Member Request Neida Ruth Grantland)

IV.C. The Justice Claims Group. (Board Member Request - Denise Garza)

IV.D. Update regarding the status of HVAC and roofing projects identified on the District's original 2025 bond proposal from Immediate Action Facilities List, projects completed and outstanding, current facility conditions, estimated costs, available and potential funding sources, prioritization of remaining projects, anticipated timelines, and the administrations plan for addressing these critical facility needs. IV.E. Discussion and possible action on the feasibility of erecting a metal building for the purpose of housing transportation, administrative and staff operations instead of a brick and mortar building.  Budget planning to take place during the 2026-2027 budget year and implementation in the 2027-2028 budget year.  (Board Member Request Neida Ruth Grantland)

V.A.1. Presentation of upgrades and repairs at Veterans Memorial Stadium through a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process, as authorized by Texas Government Code 2269.056(a). Funding of this project will be provided through Local 197 fund at an approximate cost of $1,360,000.00 including architect fees and allowances.
