To discuss and collect information related to the Superintendent’s evaluation.

For the purpose to consult with legal counsel regarding pending litigation in the case styled Holley v. Italy Independent School District, Civil Action No. 3:23-CV-01239-D in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
