Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing the District to enter into a long-term lease of 25 years with a possible renewal period of five years with Reeves County for certain real property at the District’s old campus including the old gym, technology building, football field, practice field, and tennis courts and more specifically identified by the exhibits contained in the lease agreement and authorizing the Superintendent and/or Board president to execute the lease agreement and take any and all other actions necessary to carryout the desires of the Board as set forth in the resolution.
