Jessica Villanueva, pursuant to Texas Education code Sections 21.207, 21.258, and 21.259 and Board Policies DFBB (LOCAL) and DFD (LOCAL), including oral argument by the parties, and deliberation and possible action to adopt, reject, or change the Hearing Examiner's conclusions of law and proposal for granting relief, to adopt findings of fact and conclusions of law, and to renew or not renew the term contract of Jessical Villanueva, Principal, Henry Ford Elementary School.
