VIII.H.18. Award bid for Summer Meal Box Packages. Sealed bids were opened on April 13, 2026. Award bid for a 7-Day Meal Kit in the amount of $35.00 each to Optimum Foods, the lowest bidder, meeting specifications.

VIII.H.19. Award bid for 26.27-06 ACT Curriculum bid. Sealed bids were opened on April 15, 2026. Award bid to MasteryPrep, the lowest bidder and best product, meeting specifications.

VIII.H.20. Accept the recommendation of the evaluation committee's recommendation to reject all bids for RFP 26.27-07: Online Literature Selections and Assessment. After a comprehensive review of the only proposal submitted, the committee determined that the submission did not fully align with the district's instructional requirements/minimum specifications.

VIII.H.21. Approve 2026 Mutual Aid Agreement with Specialized Treatment Facility (STF) for HCSD to loan STF two (2) school buses to transport residents and staff in the event of an evacuation. STF will provide licensed bus drivers.

These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.H.26. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.H.27. Approve Three Rivers Elementary School to accept donation of materials to build a Lean-To Structure on the playground. The value of the donation may exceed $500.00. (DFK)

VIII.H.28. Approve out-of-state travel for HCCTC TSA to travel to Washington DC for National competition June 21-26, 2026. Cost for the trips will exceed $5,000 and will be paid out of Carl Perkins funds for first place winners & club funds for the remaining students.

If funding is available vans will be rented for transportation while in town; otherwise, parents will be responsible for transportation in town. Cost will exceed $5,000.00

VIII.H.32. Authorize DMS Robotics to accept a donation for a 5 night stay in Gatlinburg, TN to raffle and raise funds for DMS Robotics. Donated by Penny and Larry Rodrigue. The value of this donation exceeds $500.00. (DFK)

VIII.H.33. Approve out-of-state travel for CBEMS Cheerleaders to travel to Foley, AL for UCA Cheer Camp June 18 - 21, 2026. Cost for the trip will exceed $5,000 and will be paid out of cheerleading activity fund. Transportation will be provided by parents in their personal vehicles.
