VIII.G.2.  Authorize payment in the amount of $8,954.18, to Wynn E. Clark for professional services rendered through January 22, 2026. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VIII.G.3.  Authorize payment in the amount of $219,267.60 to Dixon Contracting Group, LLC for pay application #5 — DHS Stadium Phase I, Project No:024-054, for work completed through 01/15/2026. Project is currently forty-one percent (41%) complete, less withheld retainage. 

VIII.G.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $89,298.42 to D'Iberville Police Department, for School Resource Officers from October. 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.  (4 Officers)

VIII.G.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $87,724.56 to Gulfport Police Department for School Resource Officers from October 2025—December 2025 (5 Officers).

VIII.G.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,200.00 to Valbridge Property Advisors for a certified appraisal conducted on 16th Section Land, and accept fair market value.  The property is located 16-7-11, 4.30 Acres Corner of Landon & Coleman Road, Gulfport, MS 39503. (FDGB)

VIII.G.7. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,200.00 to Valbridge Property Advisors for a certified appraisal conducted on 16th Section Land, and accept fair market value.  The property is located 16-7-11, 15229 Community Rd., Gulfport, MS 39503. (FDGB)

VIII.G.8. Approve Memorandum of Understanding/Operation Socrates Program with Clear Path for Veterans.

VIII.G.11. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for WHMS, Maintenance, Lyman Elementary, NWEM. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.G.12. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.G.13. Approve out-of-state travel for DHS Track team to travel to Birmingham, AL, for Birmingham Indoor Track & Field Nationals 02/15/2026.  Transportation will be provided by HCSD buses. (JMA)

VIII.G.18. Approve Memorandum of Understanding, MS State Partnership of AP Computer Science Principles and WHHS to partner with the Center for Cyber Education, MSU to offer Exploring Computer Science and AP Computer Science Principles.  The Center for Cyber Education, MSU will provide a virtual teacher with no cost to HCSD.  The HCSD will also be reimbursed for the AP test fess for students who have an average of 75 as of April 30, 2026.
