VIII.H.11. Permission to solicit bids through the reverse auction process for Network Infrastructure Equipment for the eight campuses listed as part of the E-Rate Funding Years 2026 project. The award of this bid will be based on the District’s E-Rate discount eligibility. In the event E-Rate discounts are not approved, the District reserves the right to cancel any and all bids received without obligation.
