VIII.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared and reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VIII.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $105,374.00 to Dixon Contracting Group, LLC for pay application #2 - DHS Stadium Phase I, Project No:024-054, for work completed through 10/17/2025. Project is currently Ten percent (10%) complete, less withheld retainage. 

VIII.D.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $5,792.92 to Wynn E. Clark for professional services rendered through October 23, 2025.  Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VIII.D.5. Approval for Harrison County Board of Supervisors to oversee the paving of the additional parking lot at Pineville Elementary.  Project not to exceed $50,000.  The Harrison County School District will reimburse the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for all cost related to the paving of the road, to include, but not limited to Materials, labor, and equipment of the project.

Approval for Harrison County Board of Supervisors to oversee the paving of the connector road between West Harrison High and West Harrison Middle.  Project not to exceed $130,000.  The Harrison County School District will reimburse the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for all cost related to the paving of the road, to include, but not limited to Materials, labor, and equipment of the project.

 

VIII.D.7. Authorize Child Nutrition to accept the donation of $540.000 for Saucier Elementary School from Micah Fairley, a former student to relieve parents of cafeteria meal debt.

VIII.D.8. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY26 Title IV  - Fall Dual Credit Assessment Fees - 2nd  Quarter for students that are eligible through Title IV.  Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VIII.D.9. Approve HCCTC Affiliation Agreement with Summerfield Senior Living of Gulfport.
