Authorize Dr. Weaver, Assistant Superintendent, to coordinate with the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to repave the parking lot at the Harrison County School District Curriculum & Special Services Center. VII.G.16. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY26 Title IV - Fall Dual Credit Assessment Fees - 1st Quarter for students that are eligible through Title IV. Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VII.G.17. Approve permission to award stipend for up to 7 teachers to facilitate parent/family engagement meetings at West Wortham throughout the school year. Stipends would be an estimated $300 per facilitator and come from the school's Title I funds.

VII.G.18. Approve affidavits for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for the H.C.C.T.C, for items that are broken beyond repair, lost, or stolen. (DM)

Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Bel-Aire Elementary, Child Development Center, Central Office - Boardroom, Creekbend-Bookkeepers Office, D'Iberville Elementary School Cafeteria, D'Iberville Middle School, D'Iberville High School, Harrison Central High School, Lizana Elementary School, Lyman Elementary School, Maintenance, North Gulfport Middle School Cafeteria, Orange Grove Elementary School, River Oaks Elementary School, Transporation, Warehouse - Cage, Warehouse Child Nutrition, West Harrison High School. VII.G.29. Approve out-of-state travel for the West Wortham Middle School Adventure club to travel to Philadelphia, PA; Hershey, PA; Lancaster, PA, and Washington, D.C., June 2026. The cost of the trip will be raised through fundraisers and the guardian of the student will be responsible for any costs not fundraised by their student. The cost of the trip will exceed $5,000.00. Any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

VII.G.30. Approve out-of-state travel for the W.H.H.S. Cheerleaders to travel to Orlando, FL., 01/28/2026 - 02/02/2026 (dates are subject to change), to participate in the nationwide competition hosted by UCA. Travel will be by charter bus. The cost of the trip will be covered by the cheerleaders and their families through monthly payments, business sponsorship, and team fundraising efforts. The cost of the trip will exceed $5,000.00. Any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

VII.G.33. Approve out-of-state travel for H.C.H.S. Girls Basketball team to travel to Baton Rouge, LA, on September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to attend LSU open practice. Harrison County School Bus will be needed for transportation. All costs will be covered by the members of the team or the team's agency account.

VII.G.34. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison Central Boys Basketball to travel to Mobile, AL for a Christmas basketball tournament at Mobile University and Spring Hill College on 12/27/2025, 12/29/2025, 12/30/2025. The team will travel back and forth each day.

VII.G.40. *Approve out-of-state travel for West Harrison High School Winter Color Guard to travel to Bob Jones High School in Madison, AL to participate in a competition on February 13-15, 2026. Transportation will be by HCSD bus.

VII.G.41. *Approve an expenditure of up to $50,000.00 to relocate and set up the D.H.S. Booster Club trailer from Warrior Stadium to another location within the district for potential use as a classroom. Quotes are being requested; however, the move may need to occur prior to the next board meeting due to Phase I construction at Warrior Stadium.
