VII.K.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $587,157.000 to Dan Hensarling for pay application #6 - Creekbend Elementary & Middle School Classroom & Cafeteria Addition, Project No:023-033, for work completed through 07/31/2025.

VII.K.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $37,168.48 to Harrison County Board of Supervisors assistance with improvements to existing infrastructure to enhance safety, traffic flow, and accessibility at Pineville Elementary School, which was previously approved on 6/10/2025.

On August 4, 2025, the School Board approved Jack Beattie’s House of Carpet for the lowest quote meeting specifications. The vendor has since failed to respond to the School District regarding the project. Authorize awarding the contract to Belfor as the next lowest responsible quote meeting specifications. |
VII.K.7. Approve the 2025-2026 school bus turnarounds for the Harrison County School District Transportation Department.

VII.K.8. Approve 16th Section Land Lease 16-7S-12W between HCSD and Harrison County, MS by and through its Board of Supervisors, Tax Parcle 0509 -16-002.000, Lift Station near West Harrison High School.

VII.K.9. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Gulfport for the use of athletic fields for youth tackle football. This agreement will expire within 1 year from the date of the last signature.

VII.K.10. Authorize D'Iberville Middle School to accept a donation of two (2) New Orleans Saints tickets, donated by former parent Linda Nguyen, to be raffled to raise money for DMS Robotics. Tickets are valued at $60.51 each.

VII.K.11. Authorize D'Iberville Middle School to accept a donation one (1) Basketball Backstop Winch valued at $1,447.00 donated by Mosaic Church.
