VII.F.12. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY25 Title IV - 2nd Semester Spring Dual Credit/AP/Collegiate Academy fees for students that are eligible through Title IV. Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VII.F.13. Approve out of state travel for the Orange Grove Elementary Beta Club to attend the National Beta Club Convention in Orlando, FL, June 27, 2025 - July 3, 2025. There will be two teachers chaperoning the trip. Parents are responsible for all costs associated with the trip.

VII.F.14. Approve request for Harrison Central High School to host the Harrison Central Marching Invitational on October 18, 2025 at HCHS. Gates open at 3pm and show starts at 4pm.

VII.F.15. *Approve request to pay for the Harrison Central High School cheer camp invoice from their agency account. These expenses are paid by the cheerleaders. However, any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

VII.F.16. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School cheerleaders to participate in the summer camp at the University of Southern Mississippi. The cost of the camp will exceed $5,000.00 making it necessary for School Board approval. The cheerleaders will pay all expenses and raise money through various fundraisers. (JMA)

VII.F.17. Approve request for West Harrison High School to create an club account for the Track and Field Team. Track and Field team is already an established MHSAA sport at WHHS. This request is solely for the creation of the club account and not for the formations of a new club or team.

VII.F.18. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School cheerleaders permission to travel to Orlando, Florida, in February 2026, to participate in the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship competition. The costs will exceed $5,000.00 and will be paid by the cheerleaders. The only money requested from the Harrison County School District is $500.00 to assist with athletes' meals on competition days.(JMA)

VII.F.19. Approve request to pay for the D'lberville High School cheerleaders' camp wear and shoes from their agency account. The parents have paid for these expenses. However, any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

VII.F.21. *Approve out of state travel for D.M.S. Robotics Team to compete at National Level to Jersey City, NJ, May 15, 2025 - May 20, 2025. The team will travel by plane and rent a van upon arrival. Chaperones will be teachers, parents, coaches. The costs will be $16k - $20k and paid by the school, Robotics club, Community Sponsorship, and fundraising. (JMA)
