VII.E.2. Approve Change Order #1 to Advantage Roofing and Construction of LA, Inc., to 51 days to current contract time due to adverse weather and rain days preventing the contractor from performing their work - DHS/WHHS Roof Repairs project. . (FDGB)

VII.E.8. Approve WHHS JROTC Program to pay Golden Nugget Biloxi, $14,008.80 for the JROTC Military Ball. WHHS JROTC - Club funds will be used to pay for this event.

VII.E.9. *Approve Harrison County Career & Technical Center DECA to travel to Vicksburg, MS to attend and compete at the DECA State Conference and Competition, February 23-25,2025. Cost is not to exceed $6,000.00 and will be paid by the DECA Club Account.

VII.E.10. Approve D'Iberville High School's Explorers Club for out-of state/international travel for a school-sponsored trip to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, tentatively planned for May 26, 2026 - June 2, 2026. The trip will be booked through Explorica for travel needs and all students will sign up directly with Explorica. Students will have the opportunity to raise some or all of their funds through fundraising.
