VII.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared and reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $19,837.60 to Wynn Clark, Attorney at Law, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered through September 17, 2024. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VII.D.3. Approve request from William Bentz, Superintendent of Education, to waive the weather days for September 11, 2024 & September 12, 2024, as schools were closed for Hurricane Francine, and State of Emergency was declared by the Governor. (EBBD)

VII.D.4. Approve Practicum Affiliation Agreement with University of Alabama College of Education.

VII.D.5. Authorize request allowing North Woolmarket Middle School to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for use of the Woolmarket Community Center for their annual 2024 football banquet and request waiver of rental fees. The banquet is planned for October,28, 2024.

VII.D.6. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY25 - 1st Semester Fall Dual Credit and Collegiate Academy fees for Free and Reduced Students eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals (IDAG)

VII.D.7. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Central Office, Child Development Center, River Oaks Elementary, Harrison Central Highschool Cafeteria. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. Police reports are attached (DM)

VII.D.9. Approve student transfers to and from other districts during the 2024-2025 school year. A student release and data form is attached for each student transferring.(JBCD)

VII.D.10. Approve request allowing W.H.H.S. RHO Kappa (National Honor Society for History) to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana on October 25th, 2024 to visit the National World War 2 Museum. (JMA)
