VII.F.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $367,866.52 to Harrison County, for School Resource Officers Reimbursment for 2nd Qtr. & 3rd Qrt. FY 2023-2024, per amended contract approved 9/5/2023.

VII.F.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $7,811.90 to Wynn Clark, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered through August 15, 2024.  Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDBG)

VII.F.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $22,498.00 to Adams & Reese, Attorneys at Law, for professional services rendered in special education matters File No.:  003808-000004. (IDDF)

VII.F.5. Authorize Federal Program funds to pay dual credit and advanced placement fees for high school students enrolled in classes during FY25 1st Semester Fall Dual Credit and Collegiate Academy fees for Free and Reduced students first, and then the students that are eligible through Title IV.

VII.F.6. Authorize Federal Program funds to pay West Wortham Elementary School Stipends for Facilitation of Parent Engagement Meetings.

VII.F.7. Authorize to hire McKibben Demographic Research to do population forecasts and enrollment forecasts for the years 2025, 2030 and 2035 by age, sex, and total population for Harrison County School District, Elementary Schools, Elementary/Middle Schools, and High Schools.

VII.F.17. Approve out of state travel allowing Harrison Central High School Football Team to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana, September 6, 2024.  (JMA)

VII.F.18. Approve out of state travel for D.H.S. Cheer team to attend a UCA Mobile Cheerleading Regional cheer competition in Mobile, AL on November 9, 2024.  Transportation will be provided by parents.

VII.F.19. Approve out of state travel for WHMS Band for travel to Atlanta, GA March 21 - 23, 2025 for a band trip with Best in Class Tours, LLC.  Agreement attached. (JMA)
