VIII.E.7. Bids for Waste Disposal Services for the Harrison County School District 2024-2025 school year were opened and publicly read at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, with bidders listed as follows:

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, Mark Dunning Industries, Inc., provided a letter claiming a mathematical error in calculating their annual total. Upon inspection by Mitchell King, Superintendent of Education, and Wynn Clark, School Board Attorney, it is their recommendation to award the contract to Waste Management, the lowest bidder meeting specifications.
