VII.E.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on June 7, 2024, and June 14, 2024, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.E.2. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School football to travel to Foley, Alabama on July 22, 2024, for an athletic event. (JMA)

VII.E.3. Approve the Pre-K Grant Agreement and proposed budget with United Way of South Mississippi for the Pre-K4Ward program at the following elementary schools: Lizana, North Woolmarket, Crossroads, River Oaks, Harrison Central, D'Iberville, Bel-Aire, and Saucier. A total of eight (8) units and total cost of $514,188.00.

VII.E.4. Approve request allowing release from Alternative Placement and Behavior Modification programs for students eligible based on good behavior and who have less than ten (10) days remaining to serve.

VII.E.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $264,834.35 to Advantage Roofing & Construction of LA, Inc., for pay application #4 - D'Iberville High Roof Repair project. (FDGB)

VII.E.7. Authorize payment in the amount of $74,749.18 to D'Iberville Police Department for School Resource Officers from January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024, (FDGB)

VII.E.8. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Mississippi Planning and Development District for a High School Career Coach Program that will be offered at D'Iberville High, Harrison Central High, and West Harrison High. (MFB)

VII.E.9. Approve 16th Section Land Commercial Lease Agreement with William Bennett for property located in Township 6 South, Range 13, West, Harrison County, and more specifically, located off Cemetery Road at Wolf River. (EBJ)

VII.E.12. Authorize payment in the amount of $13,879.05 to Wynn Clark, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered in specific cases and litigation through June 13, 2024. (FDGB)

VII.E.13. Bids for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum were opened and publicly read on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with bidders listed as follows:

Approve recommendation to award the contract to Kids First, LLC, the lowest and best bidder meeting specifications.  A copy of the bids and tabulation are on file in the Superintendent's office. (DJED)

VII.E.14. Approve affidavits for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for the Transportation Department, West Harrison High, West Harrison Middle, Bel-Aire Elementary, Maintenance Department, and Special Services Center for items that are broken beyond repair, lost, or stolen.  Police reports attached. VII.E.15. Approve agreement with the Pascagoula-Gautier School District for transferring students from one district to another and approve the tuition rate of $2,000.00 per student, per year. (JBCD)

VII.E.16. Authorize Federal Programs to pay dual credit and advanced placement fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the fourth quarter of FY24, and eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals. (IDGA)
