VII.F.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $4,205.90 to Wynn Clark, Attorney at Law, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered through May 17, 2024. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VII.F.3. Approve request to extend the contract for Online Speech-Language Services (SLP) with Imagine Learning, LLC for the Special Education Department. The original bid was approved on September 5, 2023, and eligible for two (2) years. (DJED)

VII.F.4. Authorize advertising sealed bid proposals for Waste Disposal Services for the 2024-2025 school year that includes dumpster services for school campuses and cafeterias. (DJED)

VII.F.5. Approve school bus transportation to New Orleans airport for students enrolled in the Rising Educator program at the Harrison County Career and Technical Center. The students will fly to Washington, D.C. to compete at the national conference. The original travel request was approved on March 18, 2024. (JMA)
