VI.F.3. Authorize to request assistance from the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to repair potholes in the parking lot, student drop-off area, and school bus lanes at D'Iberville High School. (EBGA)

VI.F.4. Approve request allowing West Harrison High Rho Kappa students to travel to Mobile, AL, on May 6, 2024, for a field trip to the USS Alabama. (JMA)

VI.F.5. Authorize requesting use of the D'Iberville Community Club and waive rental fees for the D'Iberville High School bass fishing team banquet scheduled for May 13, 2024. (DBGA)

Authorize payment to exceed $5,000.00 to OWA theme park in Foley, Alabama for the cost of the Harrison Central High Senior Class of 2024 field trip.  Permission to travel out of state has already been approved. The students raised funds to cover travel expenses. However, any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. (JMA)

VI.F.12. Approve Change Order #1 to J.W. Puckett & Company, Inc., in the amount of $38,214.23 for hardware, signage, brick, and site work changes for the Creekbend Elementary and Middle School Stadium project. (FDGB)

VI.F.13. Authorize payment in the amount of $134,747.05 to Dan Hensarling, Inc., for pay application #3 - West Harrison High School classroom addition project. (FDGB)

VI.F.14. Authorize requesting use of the Saucier Community Center and waive rental fees for Harrison Central High School softball banquet scheduled on May 23, 2024. (DBGA)

VI.F.15. Authorize payment in the amount of $6,234.83 to Wynn Clark, Attorney at Law, School Board Attorney, for specific cases and litigation through April 3, 2024.  A detailed list of item is recorded. (FDGB)

VI.F.16. Authorize payment that exceeds $5,000.00 for the Harrison County Career and Technical Center, Educators Rising students traveling to Washington, D.C. for their national conference. The out-of-state travel was previously approved. However, any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. Also, authorize to request for reimbursement from Carl Perkins Funds in the amount of $4,364.08, which is the travel expenses for two students that achieved first place at the state level and will compete at the national competition. VI.F.17. Approve request to add Hidden Forest Boulevard, Pass Christian, MS to the list of school bus turnarounds.  

VI.F.18. Authorize payment in the amount of $6,475.40 to Seal Electrical Inc., for emergency repairs at North Gulfport Elementary and Middle School due to a fire in the electrical panel in the elementary gymnasium on March 18, 2024. Note, the district has requested reimbursement from the panel manufacturer for damages. (FDGB)

VI.F.22. Authorize Federal Programs to pay advanced placement and dual credit fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the FY23, 4th quarter, and eligible through Title IV. (IDGA)

VI.F.23. * Authorize requesting use of the storm shelter and waive rental fees for West Harrison High School band banquet scheduled for May 10, 2024. (DBGA)
