VI.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on November 17, 2023, and December 1, 2023, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VI.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $3,096.15 to Wynn Clark, Attorney at Law, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered on specific cases and litigation through November 2023. Documentation is provided and on file. (FDGB)

VI.D.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $623,144.82 to J.W. Puckett & Co., Inc., for pay application #6 - Creekbend Stadium construction project. (FDGB)

VI.D.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $36,370.00 to Phoenix Construction, LLC, for pay application #9 - HCSD Warehouse Improvement project. (FDGB)

VI.D.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00 to Mississippi Valuation, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on 2.40 acres located on the corner of Seaway Road and Three Rivers Road. The appraisal is necessary to determine the fair market rent amount of potential lessee. (DBJ)

VI.D.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00 to Mississippi Valuation, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on 5.20 acres located at Three Rivers Road (former Commercial Driver Institute tract). The appraisal is necessary to determine the fair market rent amount of a potential lessee. (DBJ)

VI.D.7. Approve lease with Cellular South Real Estate, Inc., for Commercial Small Cell Installation Agreement, and Right-of-Way for Buried Communications Cables, Wires and Access Pedestals at Creekbend Elementary and Middle School. (Note: this is not 16th section land) (DJED)

VI.D.8. Approve assignment of the 16th Section Land Lease from E. Joseph Holley and Mary A. Shaw Holley to Chelsey and Drew Lee.  The property is located on Riceville Road, Township 5 South, Range 13 West, Harrison County. (EBJ)

VI.D.9. Approve request to extend home-bound services for Harrison Central High student #24524, North Woolmarket student #30491, and North Woolmarket student #19314, due to medical conditions. Documentation is on record. 
 

VI.D.10. Approve the list of school bus turn arounds for the Harrison County School District transportation department for the 2023-2024 school year. (EDAF)

VI.D.11. Authorize payment in the amount of $14,299.00 to the Gulf Coast Education Initiative Consortium (GCEIC) for the annual membership dues. (DJ)

VI.D.12. Bids for the West Harrison High School Classroom Addition project were opened and publicly read on November 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the HCSD Administration Building with bidders listed as follows:

VI.D.13. Authorize payment in the amount of $22,276.03 to Biloxi Public Schools for the Harrison County Youth Detention Center - Expense in Excess of Revenue (one-fifth share). (FDGB)

VI.D.14. Authorize Federal Programs to pay advanced placement and dual credit fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the 2nd quarter of FY24, and eligible through Title IV. (IDGA)
