VII.D.12. Approve update on District Credit Card Program. The district enrolled in the State of Mississippi Procurement Card Program in January 2020 after training from the MS Department of Finance and Administration. The use of district credit cards is governed by Section D, Policy Code DJI.

VII.D.13. Authorize payment in the amount of $58,512.38 to Gulfport Police Department for School Resource Officers provided during April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. (IDDF)

VII.D.14. On Monday, June 26, 2023, the School Board approved the proposal from Cadence Insurance for the 2023-2024 General Liability and Student Accident with an annual premium of $565,119.00, and authorized Mitchell King, Superintendent of Education to continue to work with Cadence Insurance to negotiate additional coverage for the bus fleet. Additional coverage was obtained and the premium cost is $572,991.00 annually. Documentation is attached detailing the coverage. (EG)

VII.D.15. * Approve request allowing West Harrison High School to drill additional floor holes for volleyball nets in the gymnasium for volleyball. The booster club will pay for the project and no expenses for the school or district.
