VII.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $3,876.55 to Wynn Clark, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered in specific cases and litigation. Documentation provided in attached files. (FDGB)

VII.D.3. Approve request allowing the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) recipients permission to travel to Loranger, Louisiana for the camp sponsored by the Rotary Club of Gulfport-Orange Grove. Expenses are paid by the Rotary Club. Two (2) students from West Harrison and one (1) student from Harrison Central High were selected to attend. VII.D.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $17,680.00 to Medical Analysis, LLC, installment for staffing and management of Employee Wellness Clinic. (FDGB)

VII.D.5. Approve justification for Sam's Club membership, which allows district-wide purchasing. In addition to providing items needed for school and club events, the membership earns two percent (2%) Sam's cash with an annual maximum of $500.00. VII.D.6. Approve an agreement with Bay-Waveland School District for student transfers from one district to another with a tuition rate of $1,500.00 per child for the 2023-2024 school year. (JBDC)

VII.D.7. Approve the annual salary of $6,000.00 for School Board members. Adopted by the Mississippi Legislature in the 2023 Session and approved by Governor Tate Reeves on April 17, 2023, effective July 1, 2023. Senate Bill 2749. (BBBE)
