VII.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on June 16, 2023 and June 23, 2023, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $3,876.55 to Wynn Clark, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered in specific cases and litigation.  Documentation provided in attached files. (FDGB)

VII.D.3. Approve request allowing the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) recipients permission to travel to Loranger, Louisiana for the camp sponsored by the Rotary Club of Gulfport-Orange Grove.  Expenses are paid by the Rotary Club.  Two (2) students from West Harrison and one (1) student from Harrison Central High were selected to attend.  All students are members of their high school Interact Club. VII.D.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $17,680.00 to Medical Analysis, LLC, installment for staffing and management of Employee Wellness Clinic. (FDGB)

VII.D.5. Approve justification for Sam's Club membership, which allows district-wide purchasing.  In addition to providing items needed for school and club events, the membership earns two percent (2%) Sam's cash with an annual maximum of $500.00.  A purchase order is completed before the card is used. VII.D.6. Approve an agreement with Bay-Waveland School District for student transfers from one district to another with a tuition rate of $1,500.00 per child for the 2023-2024 school year. (JBDC)

VII.D.7. Approve the annual salary of $6,000.00 for School Board members. Adopted by the Mississippi Legislature in the 2023 Session and approved by Governor Tate Reeves on April 17, 2023, effective July 1, 2023. Senate Bill 2749. (BBBE) 

VII.D.8. Authorize to explore the costs of construction of a concession area, pressbox, and bathrooms for the athletic fields at West Harrison Middle School. (EBJ)

VII.D.10. Approve Designation of Applicant Agent for Public Assistance to identify Tanya Laville, Primary; and Mitchell King, Alternate, as the designated applicant agent for public assistance regarding FEMA-4528-DR-MS, and authorize to execute applications for the purpose of obtaining and administering certain federal financial assistance.

VII.D.14. Approve a joint venture with the City of D'Iberville and the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to install a limestone parking area for the baseball fields near Warrior Stadium in D'Iberville. (EBGA)

VII.D.15. Approve May 18, 2023 for the 2024 graduation ceremonies at the following times: 
9:00 a.m. - West Harrison High

6:30 p.m. - Harrison Central High
Please note, as requested by the MS Coast Coliseum and Convention Center, West Harrison High School, has been changed from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (IHFC)

VII.D.16. Approve the request allowing early release from Alternative Placement and Behavior Modification programs for students eligible based on good behavior and served a minimum of thirty (30) days.

VII.D.18. Authorize the acceptance of the Home Depot Foundation Grant #202300124 in the amount of $24,936.88 for a playground beautification project at Lizana Elementary School. (JG)
