VII.C.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on March 24, 2023, and March 31, 2023, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.C.2. Approve request to advertise reverse auction for HVAC filters for HVAC systems paid with ESSER funds. 

VII.C.3. Approve request allowing Creekbend Middle School cheerleaders to attend summer camp at the University of Southern Mississippi.  The cost of camp exceeds $5,000.00 and cheerleaders will be responsible for their expenses.  (JMA)

VII.C.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $2,200.00 to Seymour Engineering Civil Engineers & Professional Land Surveyors for professional services provided boundary line staking and certified survey of Wolf River Cemetery. (EBJ)

VII.C.5. Approve Easement Agreement with the City of D'Iberville for .31 acre of property located at Warrior Drive and Lamey Bridge Road.  The easement will be for sidewalks constructed by the City of D'Iberville. (DBJ)

VII.C.6. Approve Authorization for Services with Mississippi Forestry Commission for fire lanes and prescribed burn on 16th Section Land, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, Harrison County. (EBJ)

VII.C.7. Authorize payment in the amount of $55,708.00 to Phoenix Construction, LLC for pay application #2 - HCSD Warehouse Improvement project. (FDGB)

VII.C.8. Approve 2023 Summer Feeding Program sites, which will operate June 1, 2023, through July 28, 2023, at the following sites: Bel-Aire Elementary, D'Iberville Elementary, Harrison Central Elementary, North Gulfport K-8, Lizana Elementary, Pineville Elementary, Three Rivers Elementary, West Wortham K-8, Woolmarket Elementary, and West Harrison High. The program will be closed on July 3-4 in observance of Independence Day. (EE)

VII.C.12. Authorize West Harrison High School to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for use of chairs on May 18-19, 2023 for graduation practice. 

VII.C.13. Authorize West Harrison High School Band Boosters to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to request use of the County Farm Road storm facility for their annual banquet and request waiver of rental fees.

VII.C.14. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00, to Mississippi Valuations, LLC for certified appraisal to determine the fair market value of the property adjacent to Lizana Elementary on Cable Bridge Road.  Further, authorize the Superintendent to contact the property owner to negotiate purchase of the 0.638 acre tract of land.

VII.C.15. Approve request extending homebound services for Bel-Aire Elementary student #35092, Harrison Central High student #28057, and West Harrison High student # 24359 due to medical condition.  Documentation is attached and on file. (IDDC)

VII.C.16. Authorize payment in the amount of $38,739.62 to Gulfport Police Department for School Resource Officers provided January 1, 2023, through March 31, 2023. (FDGB)
