VII.F.4. Approve fair market rent value in the amount of $12,600.00 for Retail Management, LLC, (0.69 acre) located on Creosote Road. As stipulated in the lease agreement, a five-year review was conducted to determine the current rent, and the certified appraisal was conducted by Breland Appraisal Group. (DM)

VII.F.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00, to Mississippi Valuations, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on property adjacent to D'Iberville High School. The appraised value shall remain sealed until negotiated settlement is approved. (DBJ)

VII.F.14. * Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School cheerleaders permission to travel out of state during February 2024, to participate in the UCA National Competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Center in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
