VII.F.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $180,918.67 to Mississippi Municipal Workers Compensation Group for quarterly payment, invoice #0106WC2022-6. (FDGB)

VII.F.3. Approve request from Jeff and Deborah Savarese to cancel their 16th Section Land Lease on 1.6 acre tract located on north side of Creosote Road (land-locked). MS SOS lease #20976, HC Tax Parcel I.D. #0809F-03-005.000. (DM)

VII.F.4. Approve fair market rent value in the amount of $12,600.00 for Retail Management, LLC, (0.69 acre) located on Creosote Road.  As stipulated in the lease agreement, a five-year review was conducted to determine the current rent, and the certified appraisal was conducted by Breland Appraisal Group. VII.F.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00, to Mississippi Valuations, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on property adjacent to D'Iberville High School.  The appraised value shall remain sealed until negotiated settlement is approved. (DBJ)

VII.F.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $25,597.03 to Hotel and Restaurant Supply for pay application #2 - Creekbend Elementary and Middle School construction project. (FDGB)

VII.F.12. Approve request allowing Gulfport Police Department use of Crossroads Elementary for their annual summer program beginning June 12 through July 14, 2023. (DB)

VII.F.13. * Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School cheerleaders permission to attend the summer camp program at the University of Southern Mississippi in June 2023, and authorize expending agency funds for the costs. The cheerleaders pay or raise money for their own expenses and no funds are requested from the district. (JMA)

VII.F.14. * Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School cheerleaders permission to travel out of state during February 2024, to participate in the UCA National Competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Center in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.  The cheerleaders raise funds to cover expenses and associated costs.
