VI.B.2. Authorize acceptance of donation in the amount of $1,362.00 from William Peyton Foundation to Pineville Elementary for outstanding cafeteria balances. (DFK)

VI.B.3. Approve request to extend homebound services for North Gulfport Elementary and Middle School student #11791 due to medical condition. (IDDC)

VI.B.4. Approve 16th Section Land Lease with C & Z Enterprises Creosote, LLC, more commonly known as McAlister's Deli.  The property is located on Creosote Road, Gulfport, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County.  The lease is a 25-year renewal. Current rent was determined by certified appraisal. (EBJ)

VI.B.5. Approve 16th Section Land Lease with Delta Valley Farms, LLC.  The property is located on Highway 53, Gulfport, Township 6 South, Range 12 West, Harrison County.  The lease is a 25-year renewal. Current rent was determined by certified appraisal. (EBJ)

VI.B.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00 to Mississippi Valuations, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on 16th Section land located on Saucier Fairley Road, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County.  The appraisal was conducted to determine the fair market rent value for a drive-way easement for Shelly Henderson. VI.B.7. Authorize William Carey University School of Pharmacy to provide "Tar-Wars" Tobacco Education to 4th and 5th grade students within our district. The program was adopted by the American Academy of Family Physicians and designed to educate students about smoking.

VI.B.8. Approve 16th Section Land Lease with Jeff and Debra Savarese for property located on Community Road, Gulfport, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County.  The lease is a 25-year renewal and the current rent was determined by certified appraisal. (EBJ)

VI.B.9. Approve 16th Section Land Lease for Hunting Rights with Rae Holdings.  The property is located off Saucier Advance Road, Saucier, Township 5 South, Range 12 West, Harrison County. Bids were opened and awarded on Monday, November 14, 2022. (EBJ)

VI.B.10. Authorize advertising bids through reverse auction for Network Infrastructure Equipment at D'Iberville High, Harrison Central High, West Harrison High, and Crossroads Elementary. (DJED)

VI.B.11. Authorize Federal Programs to pay advanced placement and dual credit fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the FY2023, 1st and 2nd quarters, and eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals. (IDGA)

VI.B.12. Authorize payment to Jim Keith, Adams and Reese LLP, for professional services rendered for a specific special education matter.  The School Board authorized hiring Mr. Keith at their regular scheduled meeting on August 15, 2022.
