VI.B.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,500.00 to Mississippi Valuations, LLC, for certified appraisal conducted on 16th Section land located on Saucier Fairley Road, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County. The appraisal was conducted to determine the fair market rent value for a drive-way easement for Shelly Henderson. (EBJ)

VI.B.7. Authorize William Carey University School of Pharmacy to provide "Tar-Wars" Tobacco Education to 4th and 5th grade students within our district. The program was adopted by the American Academy of Family Physicians and designed to educate students about smoking.

VI.B.8. Approve 16th Section Land Lease with Jeff and Debra Savarese for property located on Community Road, Gulfport, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County. The lease is a 25-year renewal and the current rent was determined by certified appraisal. (EBJ)

VI.B.9. Approve 16th Section Land Lease for Hunting Rights with Rae Holdings. The property is located off Saucier Advance Road, Saucier, Township 5 South, Range 12 West, Harrison County. Bids were opened and awarded on Monday, November 14, 2022. (EBJ)
