VI.F.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on October 21, 2022, October 28, 2022, and November 4, 2022, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VI.F.2. Authorize acceptance of a patrol car from the Harrison County Sheriff's Department for use of transporting a special education students to specialized treatment facility in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove for services for the remainder of the school year. (EDA)

VI.F.3. Approve Assignment of 16th Section Land sub-lease from Gulf Breeze Properties II, LLC, to JAR Ventures, which includes 2.02 acres located on Landon Road, Gulfport.  There will be not changes to the master lease with John Tampa. (EBJ)

VI.F.16. Authorize payment to Mississippi Power Company for the Indoor Air Quality Energy Services Project (HVAC) as follows: 

ESSER II Project - $5,067,852.90
Three Rivers Elementary, North Woolmarket K-8, West Wortham K-8, Harrison Central High, Bel-Aire Elementary, Crossroads Elementary, Harrison Central Elementary, North Gulfport K-8. 

ESSER III Project - $1,465,471.90
Woolmarket Elementary, D'Iberville Elementary, D'Iberville Middle, Orange Grove Elementary, Lizana Elementary, Lyman Elementary, Saucier Elementary, Pineville Elementary.

VI.F.17. Authorize D'Iberville High School to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors seeking assistance with road repairs in the car rider line and parking lots on campus. (EB)

VI.F.18. Award contract to W Engineering, P.A., to provide topographical survey for North Woolmarket K-8 stadium project.  Contract amount is $5,740.00. Quotes received were as follows:

VI.F.19. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School senior English students to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana on January 19, 2023, to attend the Shakespeare Festival at Tulane. (JMA)

VI.F.20. Approve request allowing Woolmarket Elementary 2nd grade students to travel to Mobile, Alabama for a field trip to the Exploreum Museum in February 2023. (JMA)

VI.F.21. Authorize West Harrison High School to destroy records order than FY2017, which include: Attendance Records, Counselor Records, Grade books, Discipline Records, SPED folders of students older than 26 years of age, and cumulative folders.  Inner sheets/transcripts of cumulative folders will remain on file forever. VI.F.22. Authorize Federal Programs funds to pay dual credit and advanced placement fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the FY2022 2nd quarter, and eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals. (IDAG)

VI.F.23. Approve affidavits for removal of items from fixed asset inventory lists at the Central Office for items that are broken beyond repair. (DM)

VI.F.24. Authorize payment in the amount of $194,415.13 to Harrison County Board of Supervisors for reimbursement for School Resource Officers provided through September 30, 2022 (4th quarter for HCBOS fiscal year). (FDGB)

VI.F.25. Approve MS Community Oriented Policing Serves in Schools Grant (MCOPS) round two, assisting with School Resource Officers at each school within the Harrison County School District. (IDDF)
