VII.B.4. Approve request from Mississippi Forestry Commission to extend the Timber Harvest contract with Beall Timber.  The contract extension will end September 18, 2023. (DBJ)

VII.B.5. Approve Workers' Compensation Coverage for 2022-2023, a rate of $548,238.40 annual premium for the third, and final year of the 3-year contract. Authorize payment in the amount of $186,401.06, first tri-annual payment. (FDGB)

VII.B.6. Approve Contract Agreement with United Way of South Mississippi for 2022-2023 PreK4Ward Grant and Pre-K program. Total program cost is $403,097.00, for eight (8) units.  Programs offered at Lizana, North Woolmarket, Crossroads, River Oaks, Harrison Central Elementary, D'Iberville Elementary, Saucier, and Bel-Aire. VII.B.7. Approve 2022 HCSD Child Nutrition Procurement Plan updated in accordance with the latest Federal purchasing governance, cited in 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart D and USDA implementing regulations, 2 CFR part 400 and part 415, as applicable, and Mississippi State Law.
