VII.E.2. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gulfport Police Department for use of River Oaks Elementary School as a Point of Distribution (POD) during the recovery phase of a natural or manmade disaster affecting the City of Gulfport.

VII.E.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,439,244.13, for payment #26 to Wharton-Smith, Inc., - West Harrison Middle School construction project. (FDGB)
