VII.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on May 6, 2022, and May 13, 2022, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.D.3. Approve affidavit for removal of property from Central Office, Woolmarket Elementary, and West Wortham Elementary/Middle School, for items broken beyond repair. (DM)

VII.D.8. Approve acceptance of donation in the amount of $1,565.00 from the St. Matthew EV Lutheran Church to the Harrison Central Elementary for use with playground equipment. (DFK)
VII.D.9. Approve ATSI Updates for Harrison Central High School, Crossroads Elementary, and D'Iberville Middle School for May 2022.  Documentation prepared by each principal and Melissa Garrison, Federal Programs Director. 
VII.D.10. Authorize payment in the amount of $4,273.10 to Albert Necaise, Attorney at Law, for professional services rendered on specific cases and litigation, which are detailed in the attached files. (FDGB)
VII.D.11. Approve request from the HC Career and Technical Center allowing two (2) students, to travel to Nashville, Tennessee, on June 22-25, 2022, to participate in the HOSA International Leadership Conference. The two students advanced at the state competition advancing to the international program.  (JMA)

VII.D.16. Approve request allowing D'Iberville Middle School cheerleaders to travel to Foley, Alabama on June 28-July 1, 2022, to participate in UCA camp, and authorize payment for camp fees that exceed $5,000.00. (JMA)
VII.D.17. Approve request allowing Creekbend Middle School cheerleaders to participate in UCA Cheer camp at the University of Southern Mississippi on July 25-28, 2022, and authorize payment which exceeds $5,000.00 for camp fees. (JMA)
VII.D.18. Approve First Amendment Contract with AlphaBEST Education, Inc., to include Creekbend Elementary and Middle School, and current fee schedule.  The original contract expires July 31, 2023. (JBC)
VII.D.19. Authorize Marty Hardy, Architect, to proceed with drawings and specifications for construction of field house at West Harrison High School. (EBJ)
