VII.C.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on April 8, 2022, and reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)
VII.C.2. Approve 16th Section sub-lease agreement between MS Power Company and Harrison County Board of Supervisors-Harrison County Emergency Communications Commission, for tower site located off County Farm Road, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, Harrison County. (EBJ)
VII.C.3. Approve request from Brad Barlow, Child Nutrition Director, to reject bid proposal received for Summer Kitchen Equipment and Small Wares.  Reverse Auction was held on Thursday, April 7, 2022, with sole bidder, Hotel and Restaurant Supply.  The only bid received was beyond the allocated budgeted amount.  Bids shall be conducted at a later date. VII.C.4. Approve request to extend homebound services for North Woolmarket students due to medical condition.  Documentation is provided. (IDDC)
VII.C.5. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School Cheerleaders to attend UCA Summer Camp at the University of Southern Mississippi.  Cheerleaders pay for their individual camp fees, and the total exceeds $5,000.00. (JMA)

VII.C.9. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,342,344.50, to Drace Construction Corp., for pay application #21 - Creekbend Elementary and Middle School construction project. (FDGB)
VII.C.10. Authorize Federal Program funds to pay dual credit and advanced placement fees for high school students enrolled in classes during the 4th quarter of FY2022, and eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals. (IDAG)
