Amend action of October 19, 2020 to identify Cathy Garner, Internal Compliance and Security Director, as the Designated Applicant Agent for Public Assistance regarding FEMA-4525-DR-MS.  The documention attached for the meeting held on he October 19, 2020 included the information, however, FEMA is requesting the details spread upon the Minutes.
