VII.C. Consent Agenda Items
The items listed below are consent agenda items, which may be approved in one
action of the Board. It is noted that any item may be removed from the consent
agenda for separate action or discussion of the Board. An asterisk (*) denotes an item added to the agenda after the original release on Friday.
VII.C.1. Authorize to pay course fees for Dual Credit and Advance Placement students as eligible through Title IV funds.  (not to exceed $25,000 per high school). 
VII.C.2. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on October 26, 2018 and November 2, 2018, as reconciled by the accounting department.
VII.C.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $15,334.00 to Gulf Coast Education Initiative Consortium for annual membership and sponsorship for the 2018-2019 school year. 
VII.C.4. Approve request to allow the following students to transfer to Jackson County School District for the 2018-2019 school year: Nathaniel Branan, Brennan Clark, Mason Kuhn, and Braddox Zapata.

VII.C.6. Approve agency account for D'Iberville Middle School S.A.V.E. program at D'Iberville Middle School.

VII.C.9. Approve request to allow D'Iberville High Explorer's Club to travel to Oahu, Hawaii during June 2019.
VII.C.10. Approve request to allow D'Iberville High cheerleaders to travel to Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday, November 10, 2018 to participate in the regional competition.
VII.C.11. Authorize to extend home-bound services for West Harrison High student #S1421670, due to medical condition.  Documentation is provided.
VII.C.12. Authorize to extend home-bound services for Lyman Elementary student #S9874, due to medical condition.  Documentation is provided.
VII.C.13. Approve request to allow West Harrison Robotics - Team Storm #4107 to travel to Kenner, Louisiana on March 28-30.2019 to participate in the F.I.R.S.T. Bayou Regional Annual Competition, and authorize payment in the amount of $5,000.00 registration fee to FIRST Organization.  The students pay for all expenses associated with building the robot, local meets, food, etc...
VII.C.14. Authorize Harrison Central High School Choir to request use of the Good Deeds Community Center for their annual concert, and to request a waiver for the rental fees.
