2. Contemplated Motion to Adjourn into Closed Session under Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85 (1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) to consider the Administration’s recommendation that a teacher’s contract and employment be terminated.
In this closed session, the Board may deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the board, consider the resignation, dismissal, or discipline of a teacher, investigate charges against such person, conduct an evidentiary hearing as appropriate, and deliberate and take final action on such matter; consider the employment of a teacher; and consider medical, social, or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, or the investigate charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data or involved in such investigations |

3. Reconvene in Open Session
|

4. Discussion, consideration, and action, as appropriate, regarding closed session business, including conducting any evidentiary hearing and/or taking final action regarding the Administration’s recommendation that a teacher’s contract and employment be terminated, if requested by the teacher

5. The Board may adjourn to Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session multiple times as outlined above in 2, 3, and 4, as necessary to complete that business
