Description:
Notices for this meeting have been posted at the public schools, public library, courthouse, Nicolet Bank, Bank of Luxemburg, Kewaunee County Star News, Herald Times Reporter, WBDK and WDOR Radio, in accordance with WI State Statute 19.84(1)(b).
Verification of a Quorum Adjourn to Closed Session per WI State Statutes 19.85(1)(c)(e)(f) to consider the employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employee(s),consideration of personnel which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person, and deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of services or conducting other specified public business.
