Description:
Annually, Board Members must approve venue/date/time of LHS and THS's prom.

G.2. Timberlake High School Prom - May 8, 2021 from 8:00-11:00 at the CDA Resort
Description:
THS students are curious about the district’s expectations with safety protocols and if guests from outside the school district are allowed. The resort currently does not have any restrictions.

Description:
Policy Committee had a few minor recommended changes based off ISBA Title IX Model Policy

H.1. TDS Easement
Description:
TDS Fiber has requested an easement to add an anchor off of an existing Avista pole at the Southwest corner of LJHS property.

H.2. Mission/Vision Workshop Date

H.3. Proposed Land Swap with CDA School Board
Description:
-General rule is that the swap should be close to equal for both Districts
-Land for each District is planned residential neighborhoods (both include houses and apartments) -The land CDA Schools wants will be very close to a proposed new elementary school that CDA has plans to build and is within a mile of current Atlas Elementary, so there is a likelihood of a future annexation request where the State may annex the land into CDA because of close proximity to schools -The proposed land that would go to Lakeland is the planned Hayden Canyon Community (1800 planned homes) with construction beginning this Spring. |
