Vista K-8 School families provided by SaddleBrooke Community Outreach - $1,500 from Oracle Schools Foundation to purchase use of the PBIS Rewards App, used by staff and families during the current school year - $5,000 from Oracle Schools Foundation towards purchase of Accelerated Reader and MyOn digital library access for the current school year - School supplies donated by Cindy McGee |

5. Discussion and approval of the District's Revised Annual Expenditure Budget for FY 2023/2024 as required by the Arizona Department of Education.

6. Discussion and request to amend the approval of Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA) Policy Advisories 748-762 from the November 2023 Meeting of the Governing Board to not include approval of Advisory #753 regarding the Evaluation of the Superintendent and instead, continue to use District Policy CBI as written.

7. Discussion and presentation regarding the District's Special Election on November 7, 2023 to continue the 15% Maintenance and Operations Budget Override.

8. Discussion and presentation regarding the Mt. Vista K-8 School "B" Letter Grade as determined by the Arizona State Board of Education, announced November 2023.

9. Discussion and presentation regarding benchmark assessment data from the current 2023/2024 school year at Mt. Vista K-8 School.

10. Discussion and request for approval of the following personnel matters that have occurred since the November 2023 Regular Meeting of the Governing Board:
