III. PUBLIC COMMENTS

1. Those wishing to address the Board must sign up in person at the JVPS Central Office or online via link: https://forms.gle/6VnAGytZtDyJTZhYA, 24 hours prior to the stated meeting date and time. The School Board asks that public comments be limited to agenda items for tonight's meeting.  Public Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION 
Consider a motion to convene into executive session for the purpose of discussing limited personnel matters as permitted under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-5-1(H)(2), specifically for the Board to discuss Superintendent's contract.
