March 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM - Discharge Hearing

1. Call To Order: The Board will convene in Open Session and call the meeting to order, confirm the presence of a quorum of the Board and approve the March 25, 2024 Agenda.

4. Executive Session: The Board will take action to go into Executive Session pursuant to NMSA 1978,22-15-1(H)(2) limited personnel matter; specifically, the discharge hearing of a certified tenured employee; and (3) deliberations by a public body in connection with an administrative adjudicatory proceeding; specifically, deliberations regarding the contemplated discharge of the certified tenured employee.  Only the item enumerated above will be discussed in Executive Session, and action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in Open Session following its deliberations.

5. Return to Open Session: The Board will take action to reconvene in Open Session and the Board President will announce that no action was taken in the Executive Session, and that the only matter discussed during the Executive Session was the contemplated discharge of the certified tenured employee referenced above.
