Closed Session

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, to seek the advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

Recommendation of the Superintendent to send notice of proposed mid-year termination and/or in the alternative end-of-year termination of the probationary contract and suspension without pay pending termination of Lindsey Post for good cause pursuant to McKinney ISD Board Policies DFAA (LEGAL), DFAA (LOCAL), DFAB (LEGAL), and Texas Education Code Sections 21.103 and 21.104
