III.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:

III.A.1. Pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin statutes, to interview and consider candidates for the position of Superintendent and may select one or more finalists for the position of Superintendent of the Manitowoc Public School District.

III.A.2. Pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin statutes, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining is required; considering a discussion on compensation ranges for negotiating the superintendent contract
