I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

II.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:

II.A.1. The employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This meeting is authorized pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

|
II.A.1.a. To consider a district administrator resignation agreement
|
|
II.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue discussed.
