III.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on the recommendation of School Administration that a student be expelled from the schools of the school district. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Sections 120.13(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes and MPSD Policies 5530 and 5520.
|
|
III.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on the Issue Discussed.
