III.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on a recommendation of School Administration that a student be expelled from the schools of the school district. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Sections 119.25, and 120.13, of Wisconsin Statutes.

III.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on the Issue Discussed.
