I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

II. MPSD AND MANITOWOC EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (M.E.A.) INITIAL BARGAINING PROPOSALS - 
Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 111.70(4)(cm)2, the designated representatives of the School Board of the Manitowoc Public School District and the designated representatives of the Manitowoc Education Association (M.E.A.) will meet at the time and location identified above for the purpose of presenting initial bargaining proposals, and any supporting rationale, for a collective bargaining agreement covering the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.  The portion of the meeting addressing the initial presentation of bargaining proposals will be open to the public.  After the statutory requirement for the public portion of the meeting is fulfilled, the parties' representative may elect to continue the meeting for the purpose of collective bargaining in a non-public session.
