4.A. VI Registration
Description:  Paula Reed is working on completing the registration for the special education students and will work with your 504 coordinators to complete the section for 504 students.
4.B. TEA Monitoring
Description:  Self Assessments-
All Districts should complete the Self-Assessment in the 7 areas specified by TEA: Properly Constituted ARD, IEP Implementation, IEP Content and Development, Instructional Stragegies, Child Find, Family Engagement and Secondary Transition.  The Self-Assessment opens in ASCEND on January 21st.  Districts have until April 30th to submit the Self-Assessment.  Here is the link to the Self Assessment page on the TEA Website:
4.C. Updated Special Education Teacher Certification Guidance

5.A. Deena Webb Contract
Description:  Deena will replace Amber Reese who resigned, effective December 18th.  Deena will start work on February 15th.  she will work for 73 days for the 2020-2021 school year, then continue with a 191 day contract for each year after.

Description:  Continue contract with Walsh Anderson
6.B. Behavior Unit
Description:  Wall Mats still need to be installed.  Discuss Staffing and need for grade levels to be served.  Discuss continued need for a Behavior Unit.
6.C. PPCD/ Life Skills Cluster Classes 2021-2022
Description:  Discuss where to host Cluster Classes

Description:  Discuss the Director’s evaluation and contract extension for 1 year
