Discussion:  Barbara - FIRST - is generally done in December; however, we are present tonight.  PPISD received a score of 100 - the district received the highest rating of superior and has received that for the last 12 years.  The system is designed to:

Discussion:  Barbara - Public Hearing on the Tax Rate.  Overview enclosed in packet.  Must set by ordinance, resolution or order.  Mrs. Ettredge reviewed with the Board how the tax rate is calculated.  Maximum compressed rate - enrichment tax rate
Proposed tax rate is the highest tax rate that can adopt without calling for a rollback

Discussion:  Todd wanted to recognize the administrative team for the job that they did last Friday.  Worked incredibly well.  Fortunate to have this group around him - making a huge difference in the district.

Discussion:  Speadsheet tracking # of active covid cases in the district.  #'s only;  by campus  as a district have had a total of 90 covid cases as a district

will continue to monitor and deep clean.  

Kevin questions how do the teachers feel about exposure and where we are at.  HS teachers have been great.  Offering the vaccine was a good.  They feel like we are using the proper protective precautions.  
ECC has had no teachers that have voiced concerns.  Hand sanitize everywhere.

Discussion:  Tammy Morgan - working documents - District goals, district goals and campus improvement plans that are per campus.
Plans are aligned with the district's strategic plan.  Greatest change across the Board? - Kevin:   - Tammy -Last year survival year.  This year looking at achievement.  working hard to focus on student achievement.  Kevin - are the published?  Yes.  Tammy all goals are strategically set to work on goals.
