Manila that had ministry in schools used out of adoption textbooks and sent to Manilla as a pilot program.  Collected textbooks for metro manilla for to about 80,000 students

Description:  Bank Depository Accounts need to be updated if new Board members are elected.  Each account that PointBank (district's depository) holds will need to be updated.  If changes occur during the May Election, we will have to update the cards again.
