Description:
The Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the West Orange-Cove Consolidated Independent School District’s Board Attorney to participate in the superintendent search process, including reviewing applications, attending candidate interviews, advising the Board on legal compliance, and assisting in contract review and negotiations.

III. The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board of Trustees will reconvene in closed session for the following purposes.
