Resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of approximately $3,205,000 in aggregate principal amount of "Bay City Independent School District Maintenance Tax Notes, Series 2020"; securing the payment thereof by authorizing the levy of an annual Ad Valorem Maintenance Tax; approving and authorizing the execution of all instruments and procedures related thereto including a paying agent/registrar agreement and a purchase contract; and approving the form of an official statement

VI.B. Delinquent Tax Collection Report presented by Leslie Schkade from Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP.

VI.C. Take action to approve a contingent fee contract with Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP pursuant to Section 6.30 of the Tax Code, said contract being for the collection of delinquent government receivables owed to Bay City Independent School District and notice of said contract is posted with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254 of the Government Code.

VI.I. Consider, discuss, and take possible action to (1) waive attorney-client privilege as to communications with Bay City ISD, Palacios ISD, and all member school districts of Gulf Coast Special Education Services, and (2) give consent for Walsh Gallegos Trevino Russo & Kyle P.C. to engage in multiple representation of Bay City ISD, Palacios ISD, and all Gulf Coast Special Education Services member school districts regarding a proposed interlocal agreement between Bay City ISD, Palacios ISD, and Gulf Coast Special Education Services member school districts related to the provision of post-secondary transition services for adult students with disabilities.

VI.J. Consider, discuss, and take possible action to (1) waive attorney-client privilege as to communications with Bay City ISD and Palacios ISD, and (2) give consent for Walsh Gallegos Trevino Russo & Kyle P.C. to engage in multiple representation of Bay City ISD and Palacios ISD regarding a proposed interlocal agreement between Bay City ISD and Palacios ISD related to the provision of select services for students with disabilities, to include counseling, services for students with vision impairments, and occupational therapy services.
