V.9. Request for Destruction of Records
Description:
Mr. Hebert presented the board with accounting records for destruction up to 2013-2014. The records contain general fund payables and receivables, activity fund payables and receivables, and food service fund payables and receivables.
Comments:
Accounts payable records are eligible for destruction 6 years after current fiscal year (2021-6=2015). Accounts receivable records are eligible for destruction after 5 years (2021-5=2016).
