Description:
Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda.
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
